Excited! Let’s start an exciting journey into managing your reviews with Grab Your Reviews! Once you have signed up, the first step in managing your account is getting familiar with everything that your account has to offer.
Logging In:
Logging into your Grab Your Reviews account is required in order to be able to access all of the features available to you.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be presented with the Dashboard page.
Dashboard:
The Grab Your Reviews dashboard is where you will be able to see your business profile(s) and navigate to the other features available to your account.
The first section of the dashboard screen shows you the total number of platforms connected to your account with the number of reviews collected on particular platforms and an average star rating of the individual platforms.
Average rating: The total count of reviews from all the connected platforms with their star ratings will be calculated to an average rating.
The second section of the dashboard screen brief you about:
Reviews: Total number of reviews fetch by Grab Your Reviews from all connected platforms.
Invitations: The number of review invitations has been sent to your customers.
Open Invitations: The number of review invitations is opened by your customers.
Landing Page Visits: The number of customers who visited your landing page. (https://app.grabyourreviews.com/yourcompany).
Positive Reviews: Total number of positive new reviews collected by Grab Your Reviews.
Private Feedback: The count of negative reviews customers trying to post using your Review Page URL.

Review Platforms: Here, you are able to connect your review source platforms (currently we have 60+ platforms) and we will use those connected platforms to encourage customers to leave reviews for your business.
My Review: This section is where you will see all the reviews that customers have left on different connected platforms for your company.
Private Feedback: The customers try to share negative reviews at any review platform using the Grab Your Reviews 'Review Page URL' will be posted here.
Get Reviews: Here you can manage to invite customers by sending review email or text template requests and follow-ups, template customization, and invited customer's activity.
Widgets: Showcase reviews at your website using our attractive widget designs, share reviews on your social platforms, and email footer widgets.
Customization Options: This area will allow you to choose the review page layout, review page content setting, opt-in page setting, and QR code for your business that quickly allow customers to leave a review for your business.
Notifications: Here, you can manage which email address(s) should receive the notification for each new review posted on your connected review platforms.
Report: Get the report of how your account is performing.
Company Settings: Modify or update the personal or business details that you have filled in while creating your business profile.
Integrations: Integrate your account with different platforms within Zapier to manage it easily using the API access key.
General Settings: Here, you can set up your brand sub-domain, check billing status, see usage report, modify account information, and change the password of your account.
