Let's start an exciting journey with an Onboarding account setup. The very first and most important step is to set up your company profile by filling in all the necessary details.
The below video will brief and refresh you about how easily you can set up your account on the Grab Your Review platform.
This process includes 3 steps and is detailed below:
1. Company profile: Fill in the necessary details about your company.
Personal name, Company name, Email address, Company name URL (automatically generate a short URL as per your company name or you can modify it too), Phone number, Country, and Industry (based on company services).
Click on the 'Create Profile' button and your company profile is created successfully!
Note: If you are setting up a profile for the countries (Australia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom), a new filed name (SMS Sender Name*) will appear that is useful for SMS review requests.
Now, let's move on to connecting review platforms.
2. Review platform: Grab Your Reviews offers over '50+ platforms' to fetch reviews from. Please connect to the review platform(s) where your company presence is.
Easily search your review platform site using the 'search review platforms' featured field.
All the review platforms you have connected will be shown in the 'Connect' section. Click on the 'Next' button once you are done with connection review platforms.

3. Review invitation: This last step, offers you to send your very first email/SMS review invitation template to the client to collect reviews.
