Integrating your Google My Business (GMB) listing with Grab Your Reviews is a more reliable method to fetch reviews.
To begin the GMB listing integration, you need to sign in to your Google My Business account.
Let's proceed now, The steps to integrate your GMB listing(s) are detailed below:
Click on the 'Sign in with Google My Business' button and you will be redirected to the Google sign-in page. Log in to your Google account linked with your GMB listings.
NOTE: Once you are logged in, select the Google account you want to integrate.
Make sure to check the 'see,edit, create and delete your google business listings.' and click on the continue button to proceed.
Now, Google will show you permission summary you provided to Grab Your Reviews to your GMB listings. Click on the 'Allow' button to proceed.
On the next screen, you will be redirected to your Grab Your Reviews account. All the listings associated with your Google account will be visible here.
Click on the 'Connect' button to associate the GMB account with the Grab Your Reviews platform and if you have a multi-location GMB listing click on the 'Show Service Area' button and select the location you want to integrate.
Finally, click on the 'Connect Another Account' button and you have successfully connected your GMB account with Grab Your Reviews.
Grab Your Reviews will then fetch reviews from the GMB listing(s) you have connected. This process may take some minutes.
Integrating Google with Grab Your Reviews will ensure better reporting in terms of time accuracy.
