The article will help you understand how to create a New Company Profile. A Company Profile is what Grab Your Reviews uses to capture the review information for your company.
The below steps will make you learn to add a New Company Profile:
Step 1:
After logging in to your account will present a dashboard. Click on the '+ New Company Profile' button a popup will appear.
This screen will allow you to fill in the information about your company.
Person Name: Enter your company owner name, this field is optional.
Company Name: Enter your brand/company name.
Email: Enter your company/personal email address.
Company Name URL: According to the company name Grab Your Reviews will generate the Company name URL or you can modify it, this URL will be used in the ‘Review Page’ that helps you to start generating reviews from your customer using this URL (https://app.grabyourreviews.com/companynameurl).

Phone Number: Enter your business/personal phone number.
Country: Select the country your business is located in.
Industry: Select the industry category your business is most related to.
Once you have filled in all the information, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 2:
Now on the next screen, you will be asked to connect review platform websites where your business presence is and want to fetch reviews from them.
Most popular platforms were listed in the 'Major' section else you can use the search featured field to search your review platform website. Grab Your Reviews currently offers 50+ review platforms to fetch reviews from.
Connected accounts will be shifted to the 'Connected' section of the page.
Connect Google Business Listing

If you don't have access to the Google Business Listing account we have another option to connect the account.
Click on the 'Click here' link and on the next screen you need to Search your business name you have registered in google my business. If you are unable to find your business name, then click on 'Business Not Found? Click here' link and Enter SEARCH TERM by which you can find your business listing on Google.
Collect review from this channel: By default, this toggle switch is ON but if you don't want to get reviews on grab your reviews platform switch OFF this button. You will still be able to get reviews from your clients on this platform.
So likely you can connect multiple review platforms. All those connected platforms will show under the 'Connected' section.
