You need a company like Twilio, which charges less than a penny per text message, to send and receive text messages inside HubIQ. After you signup for HubIQ you simply click to enable a company like Twilio on our Integrations page to enable text messaging. Its that easy.
Then you have the power of SMS to use inside automation Flows. Use SMS in Flows for order confirmations, followup sequences, promotions, and much more. It's as simple as dragging & dropping a "SMS Step" inside the Flow builder. These Flows can even wait for different replys to a text message so you can deliver a personalized SMS experience for your customers.
