HubIQ provides you free SSL certificates for your websites. In some cased the SSL process is automatic and requires no action on your part. Sometimes the SSL process requires you to verify you own the domain before the SSL certificate is issued.
The process for verifying you are the owner of the domain involves Amazon sending a verification email to a few common addresses on your domain such as;
webmaster@domain.com
admin@domain.com
Its important to note this email is sent from Amazon for security reasons and we can not change where this email gets sent to. If you are prompted to complete the email verification you *must* have one of these email inboxes setup on your domain or you will not receive the verification email. Many people decide to to Google Workspace (also known as GSuite) to setup this email inbox or you can get one from your domain registrar like Godaddy.com or NameCheap.com
If you setup this new email inbox after the SSL verification email was sent then you will need to go back into HubIQ and click the option "Resend Verification Email" to have this email sent to your new inbox. Once you receive the email just open it and click the "I Approve" button and then your SSL certificate is approved.
