HubIQ only supports communications with your opt-in contacts. This means customers have given their express informed consent to be receive the type of messages your company is sending. This includes all marketing message even over email, text message, and phone calls.

 

You may not use HubIQ to send spam. Spam can be in the form of bulk email/sms/calls or one to one commercial email/sms/calls. Use only permission-based marketing electronic communications (i.e., Recipient affirmatively opted-in to receiving those electronic communications).

 

You must not use scraped list, purchased lists, rented lists, "cold leads", "aged data", "aged leads", or any other form of leads or contacts that have not given your company express informed consent to receive these messages.
