If you add 10 contacts, delete 10 contacts, and then add 10 contacts again this only counts as 10 records total. Which means you have the flexibility to use this storage as you see fit.
Payment records are not deleted when you delete a contact for compliance reasons. You can only delete payment records when you permanently delete your entire account. Emails and automatons run can not be reused. We cant provide unlimited marketing emails for life, if we did you should be very concerned. However you can always connect your own Gmail or Google Workspace (GSuite) email account and these emails don't count. If you ever need to scale we can scale with you
