How do enable/disable access from your account for the administrator or Support team?

  4. How do enable/disable access from your account for the administrator or Support team?

Click on my account, then click on the settings option.

If you enable your access management then your main agency account is accessible to your administrator

if you disable it, then support can't access your account.
