Yes! HubIQ supports recording of both Inbound and Outbound calls.

 

Inbound Calls - You can enable recording of inbound calls on every Phone Number ordered inside HubIQ. Simply click edit Phone Number and then check the setting "Record Inbound Calls"

 

Outbound Calls - You can enable recording of outbound calls on every Extension. Under the VoIP menu expand the "Destinations/Extensions" menu and then click Extensions. When you are editing and extension you will see the option for "Record Calls" you can change to Enabled

 

How Do I listen to the recorded call?


All calls both inbound and outbound will show on the "Call List" page. This is where you will be-able to play a recorded call IF call recording was enabled at the time of the call on the extension/phone number
